While we strive for high-quality results, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as increased revenue, rankings, or customer acquisition.

We may use third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, email services) on behalf of clients. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or service issues related to those providers.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with written notice in accordance with the client agreement. Work completed up to the termination date must be paid in full.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
